Terms of Clearance: This collection of information is approved through September 30, 1999. However, it is unclear that the collection represents the least burdensome approach to achieve the safety goals of the commission. We understand that the 10 CFR 35 program is being reviewed by the Agency, and assume that the burden associated with compliance with the current program will be reduced as a result of this review. Future submissions should include a discussion of NRC's progress in achieving these reductions.
