Abstract:
Interested, qualified States/tribes can assume the Federal CWA section 404 permit program. States/tribes must submit specified information to request program assumption; State/tribal permit applications must contain sufficient information to evaluate the environmental impacts of the projects; and States/tribes must prepare an annual report evaluating their programs.
