Abstract:
Sources must notify EPA of construction, modification, startups, shutdowns, malfunctions, and results of initial performance tests. Owners/operators shall record data and calculations from monthly performance tests used to determine the average VOC content of coatings, VOC emissions, and emission limits where applicable. Report quarterly in reporting exceedances, semiannually if in compliance.
