Abstract:
The information collection is necessary and is used by the Finance Board to determine whether a respondent satisfies the statutory and regulatory requirements to qualify as a nonmember mortgagee or a State housing finance agency nonmember mortgagee. Respondents include institutions that are not eligible for membership in a Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLBank) but want access to FHLBank advances.
