Approved; DOL addendums of 10/1/96, 10/8/96, 10/10/96, 10/15/96 and 10/16/96. DOL shall not require record retention beyond the IRS requirement of 4 years. DOL also shall not require total veterans or disabled veterans information reporting from the states because of lack of program utility. In addition, the relevant veteran information is captured in the qualified veteran category which is reported by the states.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
