Abstract:
NRC is amending its regulations to eliminate the requirement for material licensees to provide written notification to NRC regional offices upon receiving a package in which radiation levels exceed regulatory limits. Proposed Rule, 10 CFR Parts 20, 35, 36, and 39, Minor Corrections, Clarifying Changes, and a Minor Policy Change.
