Abstract:
The Maritime Administration requires students and graduates of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and State maritime academies, under the provisions of 46 U.S.C. app. 1295b(e), to complete these forms when requesting waivers, deferments, and review of waiver/deferment decisions of their service obligation.
