Abstract:
The FERC-592 data are required by the Commission to monitor interstate natural gas pipeline marketing affiliate activities, so as to deter undue discrimination by interstate pipelines in favor of their marketing affiliates and to protect non-affiliates from unfair competition, discriminatory, or preferential treatment.
