Abstract:
This regulation requires owners/operators of kraft pulp mills to submit initial notification, performance test results, and semiannual reports and to maintain daily records of total reduced sulfur and oxygen concentrations. The information provided enables EPA to verify compliance with Federal air emission limits, designed to safeguard human health and the environment.
