Terms of Clearance:
Approved as amended by ED's 2/27/97 memorandum to OMB. In addition, approval is conditonal on ED reviewing the existing regulatory provisions on how the CDP ties into grantee's past performance. To maximize the utility of this information, the regulation may need to be revised to require grantees to report prior progress on the CDP along with prior-funded grant activities, and report on all aspects of the CDP. Upon the next submission of this package for PRA review, ED shall report on the status of any resulting regulatory revisions or explain why none are being pursued.
