Abstract:
The Commission has established final commercial leased access rules in the Second Report and Order and Second Order on Reconsideration, CS Docket No. 96-60, FCC 97-27, released February 4, 1997. This rulemaking contains modified information collection requirements pertaining to the Commission's leased access provisions.
