Terms of Clearance: The FCC has permission to delete the expiration date if it uses an edition date on the form. The FCC should also move quickly to allow electronic filing, and consider making this and related forms available on the internet. Finally, the FCC must ensure that the notice required by the Debt Collection Improvement Act that the FCC will use the TIN information to verify the status of any obligations owed by the applicant is added to the form or its instructions.
