Terms of Clearance:
Approval is contingent on the absence of legislative changes to the Copeland Act and related laws that would reduce these largely unnecessary reporting burdens. Should such legislative changes be enacted, DOL shall resubmit this form to implement those changes. The revised submission shall identify appropriate alternatives for implementing statutory changes in the least burdensome manner possible with a justification for the alternative chosen.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
