Abstract:
This information is used to verify sightings of actual violations of the APPS, to determine the level of compliance with MARPOL 73/78, and as a means of reinforcing the discharge provisions. As an alternative, owners can submit their SIP implementation plan in lieu of tradional CG inspection.
