Abstract:
The forms and record requirements are necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of safety and pollution prevention requirements on small passenger vessels (under 100 gross tons) which carry more than 6 passengers. As an alternative, owners can submit their own SIP implementation plan, in lieu of traditional CG inspection.
