Abstract:
Revising an approved collection by adding a "Minority and Women-Owned Law Firm Certification Form" in which law firms that desire to participate in the minority or women-owned outreach program certify information about their minority ownership. The new form will allow the FDIC to determine eligibility of firms to participate in the program.
