Abstract:
The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) authorizes the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) to establish a schedule of fees to be paid to the NIGC by each class II gaming operation. This information collection requirement is needed to set and adjust those fees.
