Abstract:
Pursuant to P.L. 99-576, VA was required to publish, in regulatory form, the credit standards used in underwriting VA guaranteed home loans. As industry demands dictate, VA periodically updates these standards. These amendments update the existing credit standards to conform to current industry practices.
