Abstract:
The CCC requires the information described within this package for the purposes of operating and maintaining the Facility Guarantee Program in a judicious manner. CCC utilizes the information gathered from exporters and financial institutions to issue payment guarantees and uphold the Federal Government's contractual obligations under these payment guarantees.
