Tax Credit Program Administration, Data and information provided by the States on these forms are used for program planning and evaluation and for oversight or verification activities as mandated by the Revenue Act of 1978, Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1082, Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1992, Sections 51., and 51A Internal Revenue System Code 1986, as amended, Small Business Job Protection Act of 1996.
