Abstract:
The Commission would receive no information under the FERC-549C data requirement. The proposed regulations would require interstate natural gas pipelines to adopt certain standard business practices and procedures which would help establish a more efficient and integrated national pipeline grid system. (Re: Docket No. RM96-1-007 NOPR issued 11/12/97 proposing to revise section 284 by adopting Version 1.2 of the GISB standards and adding certain additional GISB-related regulations/standards.)
