Abstract:
FERC-545 information is required by the Commission to determine if an interstate pipelines' rate filing complies with the requirements of Sections 4,5, and 16 of the Natural Gas Act and/or Order No. 636(Restructuring Rule) and that the charges for the transportation/sales of natural gas are just and reasonable. (Re Docket No. RM96-1-007 NOPR issued 11/12/97 proposing to re- vise section 284 by adopting Version 1.2 of the GISB Standards and adding certain additional GISB related regulations/standards.
