Abstract:
Rule 10b-10 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires broker-dealers to send to customers, at or before completion of a securities transaction, a written statement containing basic information regarding their securities transactions. It applies to all transactions in securities other than municipal securities or U.S. savings bonds.
