Terms of Clearance: The FCC has requested emergency clearance to require Local Exchange Carriers to file additional information related to their access charges. These additional requirements were established in CC Docket 97-250 released on January 28, 1998. The FCC has permission to request that all LECs provide the information required in the course of this investigation -- not only the specific entities listed. The FCC shall use information correction worksheets to document additional burden.
