Terms of Clearance: OMB would like to review the agency's response to public comment on the information collection requirements in the NPRM before taking final action on the information collection request. The requirements in the Appendix to Subpart C "Guidelines for Filling Out Ballast Water Reporting Form" appear rather complex. We are concerned in general about the burdens of the additional requirements proposed in the NPRM and whether they are reasonable in relation to the purpose of the collection. The reporting form was not printed with the notice or submitted with the clearance package.
