Abstract:
FERC-545 information is required by the Commission to determine if an interstate pipeline's rate filing complies with the requirements of section 4, 5, and 16 of the Natural Gas Act and/or Order No. 636 (Restructing Rule) and that the charges for the transportation/sales of natural gas are just and reasonable. (Re: Docket No. RM96-1-008 (NOPR) issued 4/16/98 proposing to revise section 284 of the Commission's regulations by adopting certain GISB standards for business practices of interstate pipelines regarding intra-day nomination and confirmation procedures.)
