Terms of Clearance:
This information collection request is approved through September 2001, subject to the following terms of clearance. In view of the fact that this ICR was prepared using a baseline burden that has since been amended by the renewal of this collection on September 30, 1998, EPA should verify that the burden inventory for this collection is accurate. In addition, as soon as practicable, EPA should revise its burden estimates to ensure that the testing of generator and treatment facility waste by contractors is reflected in the hour burden in conformance with current OMB guidance. Finally, prior to its submission of this collection to OMB for renewal, EPA should verify its estimates of the burden associated with this collection based on actual implementation of the rule.
