Abstract:
Domestic and import manufacturers provide NHTSA with technical and fuel economy performance information which aid the Agency in valuating manufacturers' plans for complying with average fuel economy standards, in preparing an annual review of the average fuel economy standards, and in responding to inquiries from Congress, Federal agencies, public, etc.
