Terms of Clearance: OMB remains concerned that this process may be too complicated and overly burdensome for applicants. OMB recognizes that the FCC may be revisiting the administration of the USF program, including the Health Care Providers USF program shortly. Should major program changes occur, OMB recommends that the FCC revisit these procedures. Finally, the FCC has permission to delete the expiration date provided a date of issue is used.
