Abstract:
This package provides instructions and forms necessary for States to report, by race and ethnicity, the number of infants and toddlers with disabilities who: a) Are served under IDEA, Part C; b) are served in different program settings; and c) exit Part C because of program completion and for other reasons. Data are obtained from State and local service agencies and are used to assess and monitor the implementation of IDEA and congressional reporting.
