Discretionary grant application and instructions for rehabilitation services programs are required so that all applications are uniformly completed in accordance with the specific and unique requirements of the various RSA programs. "This discretionary grant falls under the Streamlined Clearance Process for Discretionary Grant Information Collections, 1890-0001."
