Abstract:
30 U.S.C. 922(b) and 20 CFR 725.535 specify that beneficiaries of DCMWC have their benefits reduced by the amount received from State or Federal workers' compensation programs attributable to black lung disability. The CM-905 requests the amount of those benefits.
