Terms of Clearance: The FCC shall ensure that the FCC-314 is modified to fully reflect Section 202(a) and Section 202(b)(1) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. The FCC has permission to delete the expiration date but will use a version date. The FCC shall also update the PRA Notice to include the appropriate notice to the public regarding information collections that lack an OMB control number. Also, the FCC shall add specific citations of the Telecommunications Act as authority to collect the information for the PRA/Privacy Act statement.
