Abstract:
Title 21 CFR 1301.74(c) and 1301.76(b) require DEA registrants to complete and submit DEA-106 upon discovery of a theft or loss of controlled substances. Purpose: Accurate accountability, monitor substances diverted into illicit markets, and develop leads for criminal investigations.
