Abstract:
The collected information is necessary to ensure that applicants meet the requirements of the forest products removal program; that permittees obtaining free use of forest products qualify for the program; that applicants purchasing permits non- competitively to harvest forest products do not exceed the authorized limit in a fiscal year; and that the permittee can be identified in the field by Forest Service compliance personnel.
