Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved for 312 hours, the previous level to collect data by county. The proposed revisions to collect foster care data by LEA are approved in concept only. If ED determines that this data will be used to make ESEA Title I allocations for counties and SEAs, ACF can revise the burden through a correction worksheet to account for the additional burden of collecting the foster care data by LEA.
