Abstract:
Part 45 and section 52.245 of the FAR prescribe policies and procedures for providing Government property to contractors; contractors' use and management of Government property; and reporting, redistributing, and disposing of contractor inventory. Firms provided Government-furnished property under Federal contracts must maintain records of the property and report status.
