Abstract:
This form will be used by AmeriCorps members to request forbearance on the repayment of their qualified student loans during the period they are serving in an approved national service position. AmeriCorps members will send the forms to the Corporation, where their service will be verified. The forms will be sent to their loan holders for processing.
