Abstract:
This information is required of institutions of higher education that apply for grants under the Strengthening Institutions Program, the American Indian Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Program, and the Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Servicing Institutions Program, authorized under title III, part A, of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. This information will be used in the evaluation process to determine which applicants should receive grant funds.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
