Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with and as amended by ED's memo to OMB of 3/19/99. In addition, the remuneration strategy proposed by ED is approved only for the purposes of the field test. Prior to implementing the full scale, ED will report on its results with respect to this remuneration strategy for OMB consideration and review. Further, in ED's submission of a burden change sheet to implement the the full scale study, ED will report to OMB on results from field test use of the new race/ethnicity categories.
