Abstract:
Section 26a of the TVA Act of 1933, as amended, requires that TVA review and aprove plans for the construction, operation, and maintenance of any dam, appurtenant structure, or other obstruction affecting navigation, flood control, or public lands. The information is used to assess the impact of proposed construction on statutory TVA programs and regulatory requirements.
