Approved consistent with clarifications in DOL memos of 5-20-99, 5-28-99, and 6-8-99 and revised justification. DOL will submit to OMB by 7-1-99, an answer to the question of whether ETA and OSHA require posting of maximum occupancy and if they do so, DOL will work to minimize any duplication across programs.

Abstract:
Section 203(b)(1) of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act requires any person owning or controlling any facility or real property to be occupied by migrant agricultural workers to obtain a certificate of occupancy. Form WH-520 is the form used when the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division inspects such housing.
