The Commission has adopted a Report and Order in the Matter of 1998 Biennial Regulatory Review; Part 76 Cable Television Service Pleading and Complaint Rules. The Report and Order adopted rules to streamline the current procedural rules for petitions or complaints filed under part 76 of the Commission's rules.
