Abstract:
The NESHAP subpart N Inorganic Arsenic Emissions from Glass Manufacturing Plants regulation applies to glass melting furnaces that use commercial arsenic as a raw material. The regulation sets emissions limits and requires recordkeeping and reporting to protect the public from arsenic emissions.
