Abstract:
Public Law 103-160 authorized DOT to convey to public entities surplus Federal property needed for development or operation of a port facility. The requested information is required to evaluate the need for the property. Compliance data is needed on a yearly basis to determine that conveyed property is used in accordance with the terms of conveyance.
