Approved consistent with clarification in INS memo of 10-19-99. INS shall remove OMB's address from the burden statement in both the printed and internet versions of this form. Upon its next submission of this collection, INS shall report on progress on allowing electronic submission of this form. This collection previously expired in January 1998.
