Abstract:
The Federal Reserve ends this questionnaire to consumers whose complaints against State member banks were referred to or received by a Federal Reserve Bank. Complainants are requested to answer questions voluntarily about the effectiveness of the Federal Reserve Bank's effort in handling the complaint.
