Abstract:
This final rule amends MSHA's existing health and safety training regulations, 30 CFR part 48, by establishing new training requirements in 30 CFR part 46 for shell dredging, sand, gravel, surface stone, surface clay, colloidal phosphate, and surface limestone mines.
