Abstract:
Owners/operators must notify when they startup asbestos milling, manufacturing, fabrication, and waste disposal facilities and report visible emissions. Owners/operators of public and commercial facilities must notify for demolition or renovation activities prior to disturbing asbestos-containing material. Landfill operators must record location and volume of asbestos waste. Waste shipment records must be reconciled.
