Abstract:
The information collected on form SSA-L725 is used by SSA to establish the exact amount of wages earned by the beneficiary and to determine the amount of benefit payment, should one be due. This form is used only in cases where SSA'a records are incomplete or have been questioned. The respondents are employers of the beneficiaries.
